This page is intended for serious candidates who can support a patent-pending, licensing-first aerospace technology platform through executive leadership, financial control, operations execution, certification readiness, or senior technical advisory input.

Required qualifications

Priority roles for the post-financing stage.

Zelta AeroSystems Inc. is seeking profiles that can add credible execution capacity once financing, board authorization, role scope, compensation, and written agreements are in place.

CEO / President

Executive leadership and commercialization

  • Senior leadership background in aerospace, UAVs, aviation, robotics, autonomy, defense technology, advanced manufacturing, or deep-tech commercialization.
  • Experience building teams, managing milestones, engaging investors or strategic partners, and moving early-stage technology toward prototype and market validation.
  • Ability to operate under board oversight, protect confidentiality, and work within a staged financing and licensing-first commercialization model.
CFO

Finance, controls, reporting, and capital discipline

  • Corporate finance, budgeting, audit-readiness, investor reporting, treasury control, and private-company financing experience.
  • Ability to support subscription workflows, capital-use tracking, board reporting, vendor controls, and financial governance after financing.
  • Experience with technology, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, R&D, grant, or venture-financed environments is preferred.
COO

Operations, execution, suppliers, and program readiness

  • Program-management experience in aerospace, aviation, UAVs, robotics, engineering, advanced manufacturing, logistics, or regulated technology execution.
  • Ability to coordinate facilities, vendors, prototype build planning, supplier interfaces, operational policies, safety culture, and milestone reporting.
  • Experience supporting engineering teams, regulatory readiness, manufacturing partners, or certification-oriented workflows is preferred.
PhD Advisory Board

Senior technical and scientific advisory

  • PhD or equivalent senior-level expertise in aerospace engineering, control systems, autonomy, robotics, avionics, propulsion, structures, systems engineering, certification, or mission-critical UAV operations.
  • Demonstrated publication, patent, industrial, research, engineering-program, or advisory track record relevant to autonomous aircraft systems.
  • Ability to observe strict NDA, IP ownership, conflict-of-interest, non-disclosure, and non-circumvention requirements.
Technical Advisory Firms

Engineering-firm and on-demand advisory support

  • Senior aerospace, UAV, systems-engineering, certification, autonomy, safety-analysis, or prototype-development capability.
  • Capacity to provide on-demand technical advisory services under a written agreement and defined hourly or project-based scope.
  • Willingness to be profiled only where permission, agreement terms, and confidentiality boundaries are clear.
Other Core Roles

Future CTO, VP Engineering, and specialist roles

  • Senior candidates may also submit profiles for CTO, VP Engineering, aviation compliance, program management, supply chain, or licensing-support roles.
  • Relevant experience should connect directly to unmanned aviation, hybrid aircraft systems, advanced engineering, regulated operations, or global commercialization.
